What to do when charged for an additional bank fees?

We never charge additional fees outside of what is published on the checkout page. This charge is not from us, but from your bank. Therefore, you will have to review this with them directly.

Our company is in Canada and as a result some financial institutions charge additional fees for international transactions. 

As a company, we don’t have any control over different bank’s policies regarding purchasing fees. While we understand this may be an inconvenience, unfortunately, the only thing you can do is address this with your bank directly in hopes that they will make an exception and refund you for their charge. 

If you’ve joined us via the payment plan, this is a really good opportunity to discuss this with your bank to ensure there are no further charges like this.
