TME Plus Membership Cancellation Policy

Here's what I can share about the cancellation process and policy for TME Plus Membership. We have 2 Membership Payment plans with slightly different policies.  


Please see both Monthly and Annual membership options and their prospective policies outlined below so you can make the best decision for your needs and the needs of your business.  

Monthly Subscribers to TME Plus Membership:   To cancel your monthly membership, all you have to do is  email your request to help@membership.site.

Please note your request must be received no later than one day prior to your next scheduled billing date. Any requests received on your billing date or after will be processed as they would apply to your next billing date.

Our team will notify our billing department and process your request accordingly.  

Please note, our team works Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EDT.  

If you make your request outside of regular office hours, this may result in a charge.  

Our team can rectify this when we’ve returned to the office however, we need to ensure you’re aware that refunds can take 7-10 business days to reflect on your statement. This is a regular banking practice we can not control. We will do all we can to avoid this for you.

Upon your cancellation, here’s what you can expect. Your TME Plus Membership hub and Facebook Group access will be revoked on your next billing date and no further fee will be collected.  

Please note, if you’re cancelling your membership, you’re also forfeiting your access to any elements inclusive of The Membership Experience 2024 and TME Live 2024. You’re also forfeiting any discounts applied to your Searchie account and regular pricing will commence for Searchie in your next billing cycle. You’re also forfeiting your pricing tier meaning should you opt to rejoin us in future you will be subject to the active pricing at that time.  

Outside of billing errors that occur (because you’ve made a request to cancel outside of our regular office hours resulting in a charge), there are no refunds for monthly membership fees.  

You can cancel your membership which will ensure there’s no further billing but we do not offer refunds or credits of any kind.  

Annual Subscribers to TME Plus Membership:   For the annual subscription option you pay for the full year of TME Plus Membership in advance.   

This fee renews automatically each year on the anniversary of our original subscription date.  

By paying for a year in advance you get an amazing cost savings that is equal to 3 months off the monthly price over the course of the year.  

Because we offer such an amazing discount for the annual subscription, you will be committed for the year. To keep things fair and give you the chance to try out the membership and make sure it’s a fit, for the annual subscription, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee.  

We do not provide extensions outside of this policy and when these dates have expired.  

Because we offer a $600.00 discount for the Membership on the Yearly Plan we extend a 14-day money back guarantee. We do not provide refunds, prorated or otherwise for annual TME Plus Membership fees past the refund date.

We will track your request and ensure you’re not billed at your annual renewal date in 2025 and your membership will be effectively cancelled one day prior to the anniversary date of your original subscription.
