We completely understand that you're excited to network during The Live Experience. We love to see you collaborating and winning together.
But we do want to remind you that collecting attendee's information within a virtual chat or even on a piece of paper in the live room is not permitted without explicit permission from the TME Team.
If you choose to share your personal information in a chat or privately with another attendee, we can not be responsible for how that information is used.
As I'm sure you can imagine, you might share your personal information with the intention to provide it to one or two people to collaborate with is one thing.
Sharing your personal information with a group of people or series of companies you didn’t authorise is another.
The reality is, should you choose to share your personal information during a live event, virtual or in person, you’re also risking sharing this info with everyone in the room.
Our team can't take responsibility for the consequences of this.
Our team is actively working on a directory to help support you.
We ask that you use your best judgement, and consider creating an event specific email address to aid in protecting your privacy.
